Which character are you most interested in?īy visuals: Caine Prins, he got me most interessted while looking at all the characters, due to the nice color combination of his red hear and green eyes plus the freckles! <3 After reading I thought it could be fun to argue with him and trying to get him on the "right track" away from being a manipulative thief into being a more honest, open and caring person. There will be 2 endings for each bachelor, and several pretty CGs for each route.
During each chapter, a choice will come up, slightly influencing the story depending on which you've picked. The story will revolve around the bachelor you picked out, detailing a romance between you and him.
You will have to earn money through designing clothes so that you can purchase the next chapter and finish the story. Designing your own clothing can be quite fun and complex, starting out with very few options until you buy more and more different clothing patterns to expand your wardrobe. There are two main components of this game: the tailoring system in which you can design your own clothes, and the story mode for the bachelors that you want to romance. Each guy with their own story and merits. As you become a fashion star, you will romance an eligible bachelor of your choice. In Tailor Tales, you assume the role of Joselina, an aspiring fashion designer that just opened her boutique to sell her own clothing line, set in a modern day fictional European country.

What would first be a Harvest Moon like game, with an open and free overworld to roam around in, turned into a strictly Visual Novel game with elements of designing your own fashion. Neil's route is shorter than the others so he's probably like 8 hours instead but still) and the minigame is fun. How is this game free again? Routes are pretty long for a free indie game (A route lasts for about 12 hours like you said. I'm not going to buy the DLC because I'm not a fan of sex scenes but I still appreciate it since there aren't many steamy games for women. Yes, there isn't an edgy, dark, super complex plot and but we sometimes need a break from those stories anyway. Dimitri is just husband material and I don't think I need to dive into it much. I find the MC in Caine's route pretty similar to me in terms of behaviour and damn, their chemistry is insane. In most otome games I'd be like "I wouldn't want to date this guy irl but he's fun to mess with in a game." but in Tailor Tales I kept actively thinking I wish I knew someone like the LIs irl. The LIs, the MC, side characters, the choice system, art (especially for an indie game). I don't think I will ever uninstall this game, lol! I honestly hope they do well enough to warrant releasing more of the DLC for other routes. It had everything I could hope for in an otome game including a semi-customizable female lead. Honestly, I can't recommend this game enough.
The DLC is SO steamy (if you're into that sort of thing) and VERY affordable for someone on a tight budget like me. I think it said the route should last 12 hours, but I played it for over 30 hours! Mostly, I think I spent that time designing outfits just for fun! Unfortunately, there is no DLC for James' route yet, so I chose to do Neil's route next. First route I did based on the in-game quiz to help choose was James.

Someone on here mentioned the game developers had added NSFW epilogues for some of the routes, so I decided to download it and give the game a shot. I'd added the game to my Steam library simply because it was tagged Free and Otome, but I'd not downloaded it to play. I just wanted to give this game a little shout out and also to thank the person who posted about it on here a few weeks ago.
